Travel Greece Like a Local, Not a Tourist

“Thoughtfully crafted journeys that embrace the seasons and unveil Greece’s untouched beauty, one relaxed day at a time.”

Our years of experience are reflected in the care we take in our choice of accommodation, restaurants, locations and the overall ambience of the holidays we design. Our wish is that our visitors should experience Greece as true travellers, not as ordinary tourists. We specialise in thematic tours, taking the visitor well off the beaten track to sites and areas of Greece still untouched by mass tourism. We ensure that our tours are not overloaded; we build in plenty of time to relax and absorb all the new sights and experiences each day brings.

A land for all seasons. A whole different world lies beyond the coastline so familiar to the tourist, so the other seasons of the year – autumn, winter and spring – offer another unknown Greece waiting for travellers.

Spring

Spring

In Greece is short but extraordinarily beautiful. The dry, brown landscape comes alive with wildflowers of every kind, a breathtaking tapestry of colour.

Summer

With the shimmering sunlight on the clear, turquoise and emerald waters of the Aegean; the rocky cliffs and pine-fringed shorelines, the long expanses of sandy beaches, interspersed with more intimate coves and bays.

Autumn

Is like a second spring, when the rains revive the parched earth, autumn plants flower and a gentler light bathes the autumnal landscape with its leaves turning a thousand hues of yellow, red, brown and gold.

Winter

Can be mild and a very pleasant time of year to view the archaeological sites at leisure, when there are few visitors. The bright skies are the perfect backdrop to the mountain scenery, and the crisp winter air is remarkably invigorating. The valleys and plains are green and often only the snow-capped mountain peaks in the distance remind you that this is winter.
